With each featured artist, a specific philanthropy project or charity is chosen that will receive a percentage of our profits. Our projects are focused on giving emerging artists the chance to make it. Our current philanthropy is a $500 scholarship that a full-time art student can win for education, just by submitting their art for review. Our last project was to support the growth of Voice 1156 Gallery, a venue that hosts art shows for emerging artists every month.
ArtOpp carries a philosophy that weighs greatly on giving to those in need as well, and embraces the knowledge that giving back is part of being human. Besides philanthropy projects we will contribute a portion of our sales to charities that encourage artistic achievement. By supporting these charities, we hope to grow awareness about the importance of supporting artistic creativity and those organizations that already do.
